Getting Your Greens

Want an easy way to make sure you're getting your greens everyday?  I use this hack everyday.  Keep a container of precut greens in your refrigerator.  I always have kale on hand, but use whatever greens your like.  I also buy the bags of precut green salads.  When preparing your meals, grab a handful (or two) of your greens and toss it on top of whatever you're eating.  You'll be surprised how versatile it is and it adds a fun crunchy element to whatever your eating.
